PHILOSOPHY OF LABPUR NURSING INSTITUTION

1.   We believe nurses, as qualified professionals, are an integral & necessary part of a collaborative health care team, promoting health, preventing diseases and providing therapeutic care.

2.   We believe that GNM program will train the student nurses to render quality nursing care which is scientifically sound and evidence based, in the health care practice at the institutional level and community outreach programme.

3.   We believe that nursing education will provide opportunities for nurses to develop to their fullest potential as professional nurses and citizens so that they may help their people and society to achieve the physical, emotional, social, moral, intellectual and spiritual well-being that we desire for all. The dynamic processes of planning, providing and evaluating nursing care are necessary to meet the unique needs of individuals, their families and the communities.
